The Wine & Cheese Edition is a contemporary take on A Pamflyt Compiled of Cheese. After all, wine and cheese make a perfect pairing. The binding features a letterpress printed paper cover with a die-cut paper wrapper. The inner cover is made from a remarkably soft and tactile 100% cotton Manteco paper from Germany's Gmund mill. The wrapper is Bugra mouldmade paper from Hahnemuehle, a German mill that has been making paper since 1584.
