All of the prices in the Ampersand Book Studio shop include free standard shipping within the United States of America. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us for rates.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. We will refund any excess amount charge that exceeds our actual cost for packaging and shipping. Please be aware, international shipping times can vary greatly and are beyond our control. If you require expedited international shipping, please contact us for rates.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy, please contact us so that we can make it right.

That said, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns and issue refunds for 14 days from your receipt of the item. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in order for the refund to be issued. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

Return Exceptions: Bespoke and/or customized items that are not personalized (e.g., have you name as a part of the book) are eligible for a 75% refund, so long as they are appropriate for resale. Any item which has personalized information (e.g., a name as a part of the permanent binding) is not returnable.
